Many of the titles draw on Polynesian-inspired wisdom and real-life experience. Some are self-help. Some are stories that carry a lesson. All of them are written to be useful, not abstract.
The wellness side of the catalog includes titles on weight recovery, intentional eating, mind-body alignment, dyslexia and wayfinding, grief and presence, and personal sovereignty. We also publish fiction, education, and personal coaching.
